Ingredients:  sesame seedwattleseed, bush tomato, mustard seed, salt, pepperberry

Australian Bush Spices combination  bush tomato and pepperberry created  a  sweet fiery fusion with colonial kick to liven up any red meat like lamb, beef or kangaroo.

Recipe ideas: 

Roll 500gm lamb backstrap in 2 Tbspns of Red Meat Blend.  Allow to rest for 15 minutes before cooking to your liking.

Combine 500gm mince, 1 egg, 1 diced onion, 2 Tbspns Tomato puree, 3 Tbspns RED Meat Blend ,  half cup breadcrumbs and  2 Tbspns Chopped fresh coriander in a bowl. Form into rissoles and cook to your liking.
