We’ve blended the sweet citrusy eucalypt flavour of White Kunzea with Mountain Pepper from Tasmania’s rainforests, a dash of Queensland Aussie Pepper and Sea Salt from the pristine waters off the island’s east coast
Particularly nice as a rub on boneless roast lamb or sprinkled over sweet ripe tomatoes and smashed avocado on toast.
