Ingredients – Lemon Myrtle, Native Thyme, Pepperleaf, Lemon Aspen, Saltbush, Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Mustard, Pepper, Fenugreek, Curry leaf, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric
Mix a Tbspn of Curry mix with 2 Tbspns Macadamia or Olive Oil and massage into lamb shoulder or leg.
Use instead of regular curry powder. It’s mild, with a little bite and loads of flavour.
