Hot and Spicy Reaper Chilli with Desert Lime
Created by The Flaming Koala this seasoning combines Hot Reaper Chilli, Murray River Salt, Desert Lime and Mint for a citrus cooling sensation.

Fry 1 diced onion and 1 diced red capsicum in a Tbspn olive oil over a medium heat for 10-15 mins or until softened. Increase the heat, add a half teaspoon (or however hot you like it) Hot and Spicy Reaper Chilli with Desert Lime and cook for a few minutes before adding 500gm mince. Cook until browned and all the liquid has evaporated. Then tip in one can of baked beans and 150ml beef stock. Simmer over a low heat for 15-20 mins. Season, scatter with coriander leaves and serve with rice and yogurt.
