Recipe Idea:
Geraldton Wax Garnishing Oil For Seafood
Place 100gm fresh parsley, 100gm fresh baby spinach leaves, 250ml Macadamia Oil and 15gm Geraldton Wax Flakes into a blender and process until well combined (approx 10 secs). Transfer the mix to a saucepan and heat for 10 minutes.
Turn off and allow to cool before straining into a clean jar.
(If you have a Thermomix then place all ingredients in your Thermomix. Set its timer for five minutes and temperature to 60C, blend on high for 10 seconds, then lower speed to 5 and allow mixture to cook. Once cooked, immediately chill oil over an ice bath, then strain through a filter for a minimum of six hours and store in freezer.)
