Manuka Leaf Tea  (Leptospermum scoparium)

The Manuka Bush grows in southeastern Australia and New Zealand.  It is a spreading shrub approx 2m x 2m with small leathery leaves and white (occasionally pink) flowers, it makes an ideal hedge and is a must for bee keepers as Manuka honey is regarded as healing honey.
