Peppermint Gum grows to about 30 metres and had peppermint flavoured leaves which are glossy grey to grey brown.
Use: Its minty overtones are excellent in desserts, cakes & savoury dishes. As well as into sauces, pie crusts & stuffings for meat dishes.
Start with a small amount, and add more according to taste.
