Ingredients

  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan (Grated)
  • 2 Round steak
  • 3/4 cups Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Native Basil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Freeze Dried Pepperberries
  • 1 can Diced Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Bush Tomato (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon Mountain Pepperleaf

Directions

Step 1
Combine breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup parmesan. Set aside.
Step 2
Pound round steak to about half a cm thick.
Step 3
Combine 3/4 cup parmesan and mozzarella with 1/4 cup olive oil, dried Native Basil,minced garlic, tspn salt and whole freeze dried Pepperberries.
Step 4
Cut each steak crosswise, in half. Spread cheese filling evenly, ensuring that the whole pepperberries are distributed, roll up and secure with skewer. Roll in breadcrumb mix until coated evenly.
Step 5
Heat 1/4 cup oil in pan, brown each steak roll (6 to 8 mins). Set aside.
Step 6
Add a can diced tomato to pan along with a tspn crushed Bush Tomato, salt, Mountain Pepperleaf.
Step 7
Return steak rolls to pan and cook for 10 to 15 mins.
Step 8
Remove skewers and serve.
